HardwareCon, presented by Hardware Massive, is a two-day conference in the San Francisco Bay Area designed and developed exclusively for hardware startup entrepreneurs. This conference & convention is structured to help founders catapult their business to the next level of success. It will be held in San Leandro on March 24 and 25.
Alex Witkowski is a patent attorney and founder of Witkowski Law. Witkowski Law helps clients develop and execute on intellectual property strategy and tactics including US and international patent portfolio development and management, freedom to operate analysis to guide licensing and patent design-around strategies during product development,brand strategy and trademark registration.
Alex will be presenting on the Power of Branding and Trademark Registration at 11AM on Saturday, March 25.
Alex received his BS in electrical engineering from Columbia University, JD from Santa Clara University, and MBA degrees from Columbia and London Business Schools. He spent 11 years at Intel, 6 of those years as a product development engineer. He was fully sponsored by Intel to attend Santa Clara Law School at night while working full-time performing patent prosecution for Intel. He is licensed to practice law in California and before the US Patent & Trademark Office.
